Frequently asked questions
Here you will find answers to the questions we are asked most often, giving you a clear overview of our service.
What is included in the charter price?
As each boat or yacht offers a unique charter experience, inclusions may vary depending on the vessel, crew arrangements and onboard equipment. Please refer to the dedicated section for each yacht for a clear overview of what is included in the charter rate, as well as any optional services or additional charges that may apply.
How does the booking and payment process work?
Once you have selected your preferred yacht, charter date and duration, you can submit a booking request through our website. Our team will then check availability and all relevant details. The booking is only confirmed once you receive our written confirmation, together with the applicable payment information.
How far in advance should I book my yacht charter in Mallorca?
We recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind. Demand is particularly high from mid-June to mid-September, as well as during public holidays and holiday weekends. Please book early to secure your preferred yacht and date.
Can I book a yacht on short notice?
Yes, last-minute bookings are possible, subject to availability. Some yachts require at least 12–24 hours’ notice to complete the preparations for your charter. Please contact our team to explore the available options.
What happens if weather conditions affect my charter?
Should weather conditions require a change to your planned itinerary, our crew and charter management team will remain in close communication with you to determine the safest and most enjoyable alternative for your day on the water.
If weather or sea conditions are considered unsuitable for the charter to take place, we will work with you to arrange an alternative charter date, subject to availability and the booking option selected.
Any rescheduling, cancellation or refund of payments will be handled in accordance with our applicable Terms & Conditions and Spanish law.
How long is a typical charter?
Our yachts offer a variety of charter durations and schedules, allowing you to choose the experience that best suits your plans. Selected vessels offer exceptional flexibility in departure and return times, giving you even greater freedom to tailor your day on the water.
Please refer to the individual yacht pages for details on available charter durations, timings and scheduling flexibility.
Most commonly, charters run Full day (8 hours), a 6 hour sunset from afternoon until darkness or even a half day (4 hours) trip. Some of our yachts are also available for several days or full weeks.
Is there a maximum number of guests permitted on board?
Yes. Each yacht has a defined maximum guest capacity, based on its certification, applicable regulations and individual operating requirements.
The maximum number of guests permitted on board is clearly displayed on each yacht page, allowing you to easily select the vessel best suited to your group.
Where does the yacht charter depart from?
Each boat or yacht has a designated home berth where your charter starts and ends. You will find this information in the section of the applicable boat or yacht. Alternative pick-up or drop-off locations may be possible by prior arrangement with our booking team. Please be aware that this can involve substantial additional charges for marina fees, fuel and the time required to reposition the yacht. Our team will confirm availability and costs before you proceed.
Which areas of Mallorca can we explore during a day charter?
For yachts departing from the Palma area, destinations may extend as far as Cala d’Or to the east and Port de Sóller to the west, depending on your chosen yacht, charter duration and sea conditions. Fuel costs typically range from around €100 to €700, depending on the vessel and route. Our booking team can help you plan an itinerary that suits your preferences and fuel budget.
Can we choose which beaches, coves and destinations we visit?
Your charter is all about your experience. Let us know in advance which places you would like to visit, and we will tailor an itinerary to your preferences, subject to weather and sea conditions. Our experienced crews can also recommend beautiful spots and alternative routes to help you make the most of your time on the water.
Can I personalise my charter experience?
Absolutely. Your charter can be tailored around how you would like to spend your day on the water. Our experienced team will be happy to help you create an itinerary that makes the most of your time on board, from discovering beautiful bays and secluded anchorages to arranging reservations at selected waterfront restaurants and beach clubs.
Our crew and charter team are always available to recommend the best options based on your preferences, cruising conditions and the individual capabilities of your chosen yacht.
Selected yachts also offer exceptional flexibility when it comes to departure times and charter duration. Please refer to the “At a Glance” section of each yacht for details on its individual charter options and operational flexibility.
Can you arrange a yacht charter for a birthday, anniversary or a special occasion?
We would be delighted to tailor your charter to a birthday, anniversary, bachelor party or other special occasion, helping you create unforgettable memories with your guests. From limousine transfers and bespoke decorations to restaurant reservations and live entertainment, we can arrange a range of additional services. Share your ideas with our booking team, and we will explore the possibilities together.
Can we stop for lunch at a beachfront restaurant or beach club on our charter?
A lunch stop is a popular addition to any charter, with many restaurants and beach clubs along Mallorca’s coastline welcoming guests arriving by yacht. If you have a favourite venue in mind, please contact our booking team to arrange a reservation, subject to availability and your planned itinerary.
What time should I arrive before departure?
We recommend arriving at the yacht 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow time for a warm welcome, crew introductions and smooth boarding before your charter begins.
Is parking available close to the yacht?
Yes. Parking is available at all marinas in Mallorca, usually within easy walking distance of the yacht. Please allow sufficient time for parking and reaching the yacht before your scheduled departure.
What should I bring with me for a day on the yacht?
Please bring a passport or valid ID, a credit or debit card, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and clothing suitable for the weather. If you are arranging your own refreshments, make sure you have enough food and drinking water for the duration of your charter.
Many yachts have a shoes-off policy to protect their decks. In cooler weather, soft, non-slip socks can help keep your feet warm; any footwear worn on board must be approved by the crew.
Are children and babies allowed on board?
Yes, children are generally welcome on board, and most yachts carry life jackets in a range of children’s sizes. Please inform our booking team of the number and ages of children joining your charter so suitable life jackets can be confirmed. Depending on your group size and the expected weather and sea conditions, an additional crew member may be recommended to help ensure a safe and relaxed experience for everyone.
Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and refreshments on board. Some yachts also offer drinks packages or catering options—please check your chosen yacht’s description for details. Items such as red wine or soy sauce may be restricted on certain vessels to protect delicate decks, tables and other surfaces from staining.
Can catering, drinks or snacks be arranged in advance?
Depending on the yacht and the available options in the enquiry form, catering can be requested in advance. If available, our team will send you a link with your booking response to finalise the catering order online. Catering is confirmed once the order has been completed and paid for directly on our website.
What water toys and equipment are available on board?
Your chosen yacht’s description lists the equipment available on board, including water toys, SUPs, snorkelling gear and floating aids. It also specifies which items are included in the charter price and which can be booked at an additional cost.
Is there a toilet and fresh water shower on board?
Yes, all our yachts have at least one toilet and a freshwater shower on board. Please check your chosen yacht’s description for details on the number of bathrooms, showers and cabins available.
Are towels provided on the yacht?
Please check your chosen yacht’s description to see whether towels are provided or whether you should bring your own.
Can we play our own music on board?
Yes, all our yachts have modern sound systems with Bluetooth connectivity. Simply connect your mobile device and enjoy your favourite playlists throughout your charter.
What happens if someone in our group gets sick?
All our yachts carry a first aid kit, including basic remedies for seasickness and minor discomfort. If a guest feels unwell and wishes to disembark, the crew can arrange a return to a suitable port or landing point, subject to conditions. Medical assistance can also be arranged if requested or considered necessary by the crew.
Are pets welcome on board?
Pets may be welcome on board selected yachts, subject to the individual yacht owner’s policy and operational considerations such as crew arrangements, itinerary, weather and sea conditions.
As every request is different, we are happy to consider pets on a case-by-case basis. Simply let our booking team know in advance, and we will be pleased to advise you on the most suitable options for both you and your four-legged companion.
